The Bottega Fiorini shop was created to offer high quality products and genuine flavors to customers in the Modena area and curious tourists from all over the world.

The decision to open an online shop was made to accommodate the ever-increasing demand and bring the flavors of Modena not only into the italian’s homes, but also into other homes all over the world. Our commitment to you does not stop here…

Bruschette

Have you ever tried a bruschetta with tomatoes and balsamic vinegar? It is a light dish, perfect for accompanying a meat barbecue, that will refresh your palate with its gentle flavors that come together under a blanket of Modenese Oro Nero.

Ice cream

Whether it is fruity or creamy, you absolutely have to try the ice cream with a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena glaze. By doing that, you will give your fresh dish an even more structured and savory note, which delicately melts into the sweetness of your dessert!

Unique balsamic vinegar tasting experience! A unique and most authentic balsamic vinegar tasting experience, in a very traditional setting. Simone, our expert, explained the history and procedure of making balsamic vinegar very well. If you enjoy wine tasting, then I would say vinegar tasting challenges your taste buds even more and you have new found respect for this Rolls Royce of condiments! Do try this experience with the lunch included - the tortelloni was absolutely sublime. Highly, highly recommend 👌🏻👌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Fantastic wine and vinegar tasting! We did the vinegar and wine tasting and it was one of my favorite experiences in our three week trip through Italy! The food served with the tasting was one of our best meals. Simone was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his job. We learned a ton about vinegar, wines, and even some regional history. We came home with delicious treats and great memories. Thank you very much for your hospitality Simone!

IMPERDIBILE Abbiamo fatta la vistia all'acetai con pranzo e degustazione sia di aceto che di vini, entrambi di produzione di questa azienda agricola. Cristina, la proprietaria che insieme al fratello gestisce l'azienda, ci ha illustrato la caretteristiche dei vingeti della zona e tutta storia/processo ditro la produzine dell'aceto balsamico. VEREMENTE INTERESSANTE. è seguita la degustazione dei loro vini fatta durante il pranzo, in cui Cristina ci ha ha continuato a spiegare le modlaità di produzione e fermentazione del vino ed ha risposto a tutte le nostre curiosita. A seguire poi abbiamo fatto la degustazione di aceti balsamici. pranzo veramnte buono e tradizionale del luogo, tortelloni ricotta e spinaci (su cui ci ha fatto provare il loro aceto balsamico), tagliere di slalumi e parmigiano degustato con una composta di cipolli rosse ed aceto balsamico fatta da loro. Cristina si e vermanta a chiaccherare con noi, ed è stato molto piacevole poiche ci ha risposto a curiosità sui loro prodotti e la zona. Hanno anche una bottega nella quale si possono acquistare i loro prodotti a prezzi molto vantaggiosi. inoltre loro svolgono le visite il giorno di chuisura della bottega quindi eravamo solo noi e Cristina si è potuta dedicare a noi al 100% se passate in zona davvero consiglaito.

Francesco!!!! We could not have asked for a better day when we visited Fiorini for a balsamic tasting experience. Francesco led us on an amazing adventure and wowed us at every turn. The wine tasting and meal was also top notch. The entire experience was worth it. We purchased some great Balsamic products, which we have shared with friends and everyone was amazed at the flavor and quality. Overall, the experience would not be the same without Francesco. Amazing guy and found the passion in life we all desire. Bravo! Would give the highest recommendation to check out!

Our visit here was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The wines and the vinegars are exceptional. La Bottega Fiorini 1919 – We visited Christina and Francesco in Sept. 2022 at the Fiorini acetaia for a balsamic vinegar, wine tasting, and lunch experience. The Fiorini wines and balsamic vinegars are fantastic and we highly recommend a visit. They are very gracious hosts and very passionate about their family business. It was an educational experience of the balsamic vinegar and wine making process, and an appreciation of the true craftsmanship that goes into it! Thank you very much Christina and Francesco, and good luck on this year’s harvest !

Fantastic balsamic tour/experience Francisco is a fantastic guide to the balsamic culture of the area. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We did a tour with lunch included -tortolini in sage butter sauce. Balsamic on top brought it to another level. Parma ham and local salami with 24 and 36 mos parmigiana. Final experience was a balsamic tasting!

Balsamic Vinegar Made Alive Francesco gave us a full appreciation of balsamic vinegar and what goes into the production of each type. He and the five generations of the Fiorini family are passionate about what they have been doing since 1919! He gave us an extensive tasting and described each uniquely and perfectly so we understood what each tasting experience delivered. We ended with a delicious lunch of sage and butter homemade pasta followed by a charcuterie of local meats and cheeses. Mangia, mangia!!

Lambrusco and balsamic!! Fantastic lambrusco and balsamic tasting at Fiorini with my new best friend and terrific host Francesco. For five generations, this family has been producing both wine and balsamic vinegar from the grapes they grow outside of Modena since 1919. We visited their acetaia, where the vinegar is produced and aged, following both the traditional, DOP certified method of Modena, and innovative, non-traditional methods using different blends and aging periods. And yes, we’re bringing it all back with us 😉

Fantastic tour and education about Balsamic Vinegar! If you are in Modena or Emilia-Romagna for that matter then you definitely need to have Cristina and Francesco give you a tour of Fiorini's Acetaia! It was super interesting and educational...makes you appreciate the craftmanship that goes into making "liquid gold"!. The Balsamic and wines were delicious and the hosts were beyond welcoming. Grazie Cristina!
